1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Cooked (getcooked.io), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

Cooked is an AI-powered website analysis tool that evaluates publicly available websites and provides feedback on copy, SEO, design signals, trust factors, and conversion elements. The analysis is generated by AI and is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

3. Accounts

You may create a free account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free: 3 full roasts per month, all fixes included.
  • Pro ($19/mo): Unlimited roasts, Claude Code prompts, competitor analysis, attack plans.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated bots or scripts to submit URLs at scale
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell access to the service without permission

6. Website Analysis

Cooked analyzes publicly available website content. By submitting a URL, you confirm that you have a legitimate reason to analyze that website (e.g., it's your own site, a competitor in your market, or a site you're evaluating).

Analysis results are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate. They should not be considered professional consulting advice. Use your own judgment when implementing changes.

7. Public Gallery

Roast results (URL and score) may appear in our public gallery. No personal information about the person who submitted the roast is displayed. If you are a website owner and want your site removed from the gallery, contact us.

8. Intellectual Property

The roast content and analysis generated for you is yours to use however you want. The Cooked brand, interface, and underlying technology remain our property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cooked is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to changes made to your website based on our analysis.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
